On April 6th, 2018, Carterville High School sent many of their Future Business Leaders of America members to Springfield, Illinois for their State Conference! Members prepared nonstop leading up to their events. When speaking with FBLA President, Olivia Savka, she was able to provide insight on the FBLA State Conference experience. Olivia has been in FBLA for all four years of high school as well as have participated in the State Conference. This year she competed in the Annual Business Report and placed fourth, which qualifies for Nationals. Nationals this year will be held Baltimore Maryland. Olivia claims that her favorite part of State Conference was “being able to walk across the stage and be recognized for my accomplishments.”
