Cowser Wraps Up Girl's Golf

CARTERVILLE- On Thursday, September 28th, senior Philla Cowser competed in the IHSA Regionals for girl’s golf. As the sole Carterville entry, she led the team to the finale of their season.

Cowser placed 29th out of 72 golfers and finished with an overall score of 112.

“This year I really just focused on having fun instead of worrying about my score and how many strokes I had, it was a lot more laid back and it allowed me to spend time with my teammates and have a blast” commented Philla on this year’s golf season.
