Peppermint Crunch Sugar Cookies

- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened) STEP 1: Preheat oven to 350, in a

Christmas Sprinkle Cookies
Ingredients: Directions:
- 1 stick butter softened STEP 1: In a large bowl using a hand
- ¼ cup cream cheese softened mixer, mix together the butter, cream
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs until light and fluffy. Scrape the side of
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract the bowl with a spatula. Add the flour,
- 2 ½ cups all purpose flour cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Mix
- 2 Teaspoon cornstarch together on low/medium speed for one
- 1 Teaspoon baking soda minute, until combined.
