These cookies can make someone feel like they are in the Christmas spirit, and fills their house with joy and love while making them with family. The delicious cookies below are perfect to share with friends. Go ahead and try it, the cookies won’t be a let down!

Peppermint Crunch Sugar Cookies             

Ingredients:                                              Directions:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)            STEP 1: Preheat oven to 350, in a
  • 1 ½ cup granulated sugar                 large mixing bowl mix the butter and  
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract                 sugar until light and fluffy. Add the
  • 1 egg                                                 vanilla, salt, and egg and mix well. Add
  • ½ teaspoon salt                                 the baking powder and flour and mix
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder                until well combined. Stir in peppermint
  • 2 cups all purpose flour                    chocolate chips.
  • 1 cup peppermint crunch chips            STEP 2: Drop by spoonfuls onto a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.  Line cookies on sheet 2” apart. Bake for 6 minutes for mini cookies or 8 minutes for regular size. Let cool for a few minutes. Then enjoy.

Christmas Sprinkle Cookies

Ingredients:                                               Directions:

  • 1 stick butter softened                           STEP 1: In a large bowl using a hand                    
  • ¼ cup cream cheese softened           mixer, mix together the butter, cream
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar                cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs                                      until light and fluffy. Scrape the side of
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract               the bowl with a spatula. Add the flour,
  • 2 ½ cups all purpose flour               cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Mix  
  • 2 Teaspoon cornstarch                     together on low/medium speed for one
  • 1 Teaspoon baking soda                  minute, until combined.
  • ¼ Teaspoon salt                                    STEP 2: Refrigerate dough for two
  • 1 cup sprinkles                                hours before baking. When dough is done chilling , preheat oven to 250 degrees. Spray 2 baking sheets with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the sprinkles into a medium bowl, and roll tablespoons sized balls of dough into the sprinkles. Place the cookies onto baking sheet. Bake for 7-9 minutes, when they come out they should not be golden brown. Allow to cool.
